培养基、BA和复合添加物对大花蕙兰增殖和分化的影响 被引量:37

The influence of medium, 6-benzyl aminopurine and complex on protocorm propagation and differentiation of Cybidium grandiflorium

摘要 研究了大花蕙兰在KC(KundsonC)和White培养基上 ,通过使用不同质量浓度BA(0、0 .4、1 0mg/L)与香蕉匀浆汁、马铃薯匀浆汁、胰蛋白胨和酵母提取物 4种复合添加物的组合对大花蕙兰原球茎增殖量和分化率的影响 结果表明 ,在原球茎增殖和分化方面 ,KC培养基明显优于White培养基 ;在KC培养基上 ,BA对原球茎增殖和分化没有明显的促进作用 ,在White培养基上BA对原球茎增殖没有促进作用 ,但对原球茎分化具有一定程度的促进作用 ;4种复合添加物在KC和White培养基上对原球茎增殖具有明显不同的作用 ,其中香蕉匀浆物的效果最好 4种复合添加物在KC培养基上对原球茎分化无明显促进作用 。 The difference in the extent of propagation and the rate of differentiation of the protocorm derived from Cymbidium grandiflorium effected by different complex combinations of BA(6-benzyl aminopurine) with each of the four kinds of substances banana homomixer, potato homomixer, tryptone and yeast extract, in Kundson C(KC) and White's medium was investigated. Experimental results indicated that the KC medium had obvious advantages on protocorm propagation and differentiation comparing with White's medium. BA in KC medium didn't have obvious effects on promotion of protocorm propagation and differentiation, but it was not so in White's medium. Although BA in White's medium played no role in promotion of protocorm propagation, but it elevated protocorm differentiation. Four complexes in KC and White's medium showed different effects in promotion of protocorm propagation. Banana homomix was the best of the four homomixers. In protocorm differentiation, no effect was ovserved for all four complexes in KC medium, but in White's medium promotions were recorded to some extents. [
