摘要
目的探讨以岗位需求为核心的基础护理学项目式教材的开发与应用效果。方法教材的开发过程包括组建教材开发团队,深入临床进行护理岗位调研,依据临床护理岗位需求,确定基础护理学教材大纲、结构和内容,并建立良好的教学环境,最终构建5个学习模块、17个学习项目、46个学习任务、19项重点操作技术。结果实验班理论考试和知识应用能力成绩显著高于对照班(P<0.01);实验班学生对项目教材的满意度高于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论基础护理学项目式教材的开发适应目前教材改革要求,更加注重高职护理实用型人才的培养,提高了学生的职业核心能力。
Objective To explore the development and application effects of project - based basic nursing mateials with the post demand as the core. Methods Five teaching modules, seventeen teaching projects, forty - six teaching tasks and nineteen key operation skills were developed. The materials developing process included building materials development teams, clinical nursing post investigation, determining the basic nursing teaching outline, structure and contents, establishing a good teaching environment according to the clinical nursing posts. Results The scores of theory and knowledge application ability in the experimental class were significantly higher than those of the control class (P 〈 0.01 ). The satisfaction degrees in the experimental class were significantly higher than those of the control group ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The application of the project - based basic nursing materials can meet the requirement of current teaching reform, pay more attention to the education of higher vocational practical nursing personnel and improve the students'comprehensive vocational skills.
