摘要
目的探讨绩效管理在神经内外综合病区优质护理活动中的应用及效果。方法将绩效管理计分按照工作年限及职称、工作岗位所承担的风险及责任、工作量统计、护理质量考评、患者满意度进行综合评价。结果实施绩效管理后患者满意度、护理质量合格率、护士工作满意度均提高,护理不良事件发生率降低(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论实施绩效管理可以激发护士工作的积极性,提高患者满意度及护理质量。
Objective To explore the application and effects of performance management in high - quality nursing service in neurology and neurosurgery comprehensive ward. Methods The performance was comprehensively assessed with work years and job title, risks and responsibilities of work, workloads, nursing quality assessment and patient satisfaction. Results Through the implementation of performance management, the degree of patient satisfaction, the qualified rate of nursing quality and the degree of nurses working satisfaction were significantly increased, while the rate of nursing adverse events was decreased ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The implementation of performance management can mobilize working enthusiasm of nurses ,improve patient satisfaction and nursing quality.
