摘要
目的探讨电话随访信息系统在肠造口患者中的应用与效果。方法利用电话随访信息系统对肠造口患者进行管理,建立患者随访库和随访电子档案,选拔和培训随访护士,确立随访内容,制订随访流程,加强随访质量监控。结果随访护士考核得分和患者对出院护理指导满意度提高(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论电话随访信息系统的应用可以有效指导肠造口患者进行家庭护理,提高患者满意度。
Objective To explore the application and effects of the telephone follow - up information system in patients with enterostomy. Methods The measures included managing of patients with enterostomy by using telephone follow - up information system, establishing patient follow - library and follow - up elec- tronic files, selecting and training follow - up nurses,identifying follow - up contents, formulating follow - up process and strengthening quality control of follow - up. Result The assessment score of follow - up nurses and patient satisfaction of nursing instructions were improved ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Application of the telephone follow - up information system can effectively guide home care of enterostomy patients and improve patient satisfaction.
