艾滋病区护士经历工作场所暴力后心理状况的质性研究

The qualitative research on the nurse psychological status under violence experience in AIDS ward

目的:深入了解经历工作场所暴力后艾滋病区护士的心理状况,为促进受暴后的护士身心健康提供依据和方法。方法:运用质性研究中的现象学方法,对在艾滋病区经历过工作场所暴力的9名护士进行深入访谈,将获得的资料进行分析、整理,提出主题。结果:经历工作场所暴力后,艾滋病区护士可出现不良的应激情绪反应和不良的机体行为反应。结论:管理者应注意后期的具有连续性的人文关怀,并采取措施预防和干预工作场所暴力和心理伤害的发生。

Objective： To investigate the nurse psychological status under violence experience in AIDS ward and get the method comforting the nurse＇ physical and mental.Methods： Using qualitative research method of the phenomenology,the material on 9 nurse violence experiences which got through depth interview were analysis and sorted.Results： Under violence experience,all nurses in AIDS ward could appear bad stress emotional reaction and bad behavior.Conclusion： Nursing managers should pay attention to having continuous humanistic care,and take measures to prevent and intervention violence and psychological damage in AIDS ward.
