高压注射器在螺旋CT增强扫描中的临床应用及护理

Clinical application and nursing of high pressure injector in spiral CT enhancedscanning

目的探讨高压注射器在螺旋CT增强扫描中的临床应用及护理方法。方法回顾性分析本院使用高压注射器进行螺旋cT扫描的120例患者的临床资料，全部使用非离子型造影剂，总结其穿刺、扫描结果及护理方法。结果120例患者穿刺成功率为97．5％，其获得高质量、高清晰度的图像，适用于临床诊断。3例患者出现皮肤瘙痒、恶心等不良反应，无空气栓塞、静脉炎、心脑血管意外出现。结论高压注射器是一种简便、高效的诊断器械，满足了多层螺旋cT对造影剂输注的更高要求，患者使用期间应该加强护理以预防毒副反应和并发症的发生。

Objective To investigate clinical application and nursing method of the high pressure injector in spiral CT enhanced scanning. Methods All the clinical data of 120 patients with high pressure injector in spiral CT enhanced scanning were retrospective ana- lyzed. Nonionic contrast agent was used, puncture, scan results and nursing methods were summarized. Results Successful puncture rate in 120 cases of patients was 97. 5%, these patients obtained high quality, high definition images which were suitable for clinical diagnosis, 3 cases of patients was with skin itching, nausea. No air embolism, phlebitis, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular occurred. Conclusions The high pressure injector is a simple, efficient diagnostic instrument to meet the higher requirements in spiral CT enhanced scanning for con- trast agent infusion, and nursing should be strengthened during the use to prevent adverse reactions and complications.
