合理情绪疗法对精神分裂症患者的康复作用

The effect of rational - emotive therapy on the rehabilitation of schizophrenia patients

目的探讨合理情绪疗法对精神分裂症患者社会功能及心理状态的影响。方法按住院先后顺序将86例恢复期精神分裂症患者分为研究组和对照组，对照组进行常规治疗、护理及健康教育，研究组在此基础上进行合理情绪疗法干预。采用症状自评量表、社会功能缺陷筛选量表、服药依从性分别进行效果评价。结果干预前两组患者的症状自评量表（SCL-90）评分差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；10周后SCL-90各因子分除偏执、精神病性两因子外其余各因子研究组均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）；研究组患者SDSS各因子分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。患者的服药依从性研究组明显好于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论合理情绪疗法可帮助精神分裂症患者提高服药依从性及心理健康水平，改善精神分裂症患者的社会功能。

Objective To investigate the effect of rational - emotive therapy on social function and psychological state of schizo- phrenia patients. Methods According to the order in hospital, 86 patients with convalescent schizophrenia were divided into the study group and the control group. The control group was given conventional treatment, nursing and health education. The study group adopted rational - emotive therapy intervention. Symptom rating scale, Social Disability Screening Scale and medication compliance were used to evaluate the effects respectively. Results Before the intervention, two groups of patients with symptom checklist （SCL- 90） score difference didnt have statistical significance （ P 〉 O. 05 ） ; After 10 weeks , SCL - 90 scores of all factors in study group were lower than those in the control group in addition to paranoia, psychosis factor. The difference was significant （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0. 01 ） ; SDDS factor scores in study group were lower than those in the control group. The difference was significant （P 〈 O. 01 ） . Medication compliance in the study group was significant- ly better than that in the control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ） . Conclusions Rational - emotive therapy can help schizophrenia patients improve medi- cation compliance, the level of mental health and the social function of schizophrenia patients.
