系统护理对颈椎骨折患者康复效果及并发症的影响

The effect of systematic nursing on the rehabilitation and complications in patient cervical spine fracture

目的探讨系统护理对颈椎骨折患者康复效果及并发症的影响。方法将80例颈椎骨折伴截瘫的患者分为观察组和对照组，对照组采用常规护理（术前准备、术后生命体征监测、基础护理、结合病情进行康复训练），观察组采用系统护理（心理护理、体位护理和营养支持、并发症的预防、康复护理），比较两组的康复效果和并发症情况。结果观察组的感觉评分、运动评分、日常生活能力评分均显著高于对照组（t=5．79、4．24、4．97，P〈0．05），观察组在压疮、感染、血栓等并发症的发生率显著低于对照组（X2=5．27、4．41、3．65，P〈0．05）。结论系统护理有利于减少颈椎骨折患者并发症的发生，促进患者康复，提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of systematic nursing on the rehabilitation and complications in patient cervical spine fracture. Methods A total of 80 patients with cervical spine fracture were divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each. The control group was given routine nursing, the observation group was treated with systemic nursing. Two groups were com- pared with rehabilitation efficacy and complications. Results The scores of sense, movement and activity of daily living in the observation group were higher than those in the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. The occurrence rates of bedsore, infection, thrombosis and other complica- tions in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P 〈 0. 05） . Conclusions Systematic nursing is help- ful to reduce the occurrence of complications in patients with cervical spine fracture, promoting the rehabilitation of patients, improve the quality of life of patients.
