家庭护理干预对糖尿病患者治疗效果及生活质量的影响

目的探讨家庭护理干预对糖尿病患者治疗效果及生活质量的影响。方法将健康体检人群中筛查出的确诊糖尿病患者130例随机分为对照组和干预组，每组65例，对照组予以常规护理和药物治疗，干预组予以家庭护理干预和药物治疗，观察6个月后患者疗效及生活质量情况。结果干预组疗效和生活质量均较对照组有明显的提高，差异具有统计学意义。结论家庭护理干预能明显提高患者疗效和生活质量。

Objective To discuss the influence of family nursing intervention on therapeutic effect and life of quality patients with diabetic. Methods From July 2009 to July 2010, 125 cases of prediabetic state patients were randomly divided into control group and inter- vention group, the control group accepted routine nursing intervention and drug treatment, while the intervention accepted family nursing in- tervention and drug treatment. Observation of patiens in therapeutic effect and quality of life was done after six months. Results There were significant differences in therapeutic effect and life of quality between the control group and intervention group. Conclusions Family nursing intervention can improve therapeutic effect and the patient＇s quality of life.
