不同方法皮下注射低分子肝素对患者疼痛感的影响

The impact of different methods of subcutaneous low molecular weight heparin on the patients＇pain

目的探讨不同方法皮下注射低分子肝素对患者疼痛的影响。方法纳入150例皮下注射低分子肝素的患者，随机分为3组，分别采用绷紧皮肤垂直注射法为A组，提捏皮肤垂直注射法为B组，传统注射法为c组。比较各组患者的疼痛程度。结果3组间疼痛程度有差异；其中A组与B组患者之间重度疼痛患者的比例差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；C组与A组、B组间比较，重度疼痛患者比例有差异，且有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论绷紧皮肤垂直注射法或提捏皮肤垂直注射法能减轻患者的疼痛感，优于传统注射法。

Objective To investigate the impact of different methods of subcutaneous low molecular weight heparin on the patients ＂pain. Methods A total of 150 cases of patients were randomly divided into 3 groups, taut skin with vertical injection for the A group, pinch the skin provided for the vertical injection of group B, the traditional injection method for the C group. The degree of pain among the groups were compared. Results The response of pain were different among the 3 groups ; the proportion of patients with severe pain between A group and B group had no significant difference （P 〉 0. 05） ; the proportion of patients with severe pain in C group was higher than A group and B group, it was different significantly （P 〈 0. 05） . Conclusions Taut skin or pinching skin vertical injection can reduce pain of patients.
