摘要
历史语言研究所作为中国现代学术的重镇,对其学人群年龄段和教育背景进行考察,了解其颇具特色的学术团队,是全方位研究史语所的关键一环。通过对其群体的量化分析,可把研究人员分为两代,1890到1904年出生的研究人员称为第一代,他们是留洋派和本土派的结合,既熟悉传统文化,又了解近代西方学术,成为新学术的开拓者。1905至1925年出生的研究人员称为第二代,他们主要选拔于国内高校,通过不断积累丰硕的成果,成为新学术的继承和发扬者。两代人的结合,人才团队结构的优化,学术研究持久战斗力的形成,为史语所成为20世纪中国新学术的典范,替中国争取到世界性的学术发言权作了最好的诠释。
To investigate the age groups of scholars at the Institute of History and Philology and their edu- cational background and to understand its distinctive academic team plays a key role in research- ing the Institute, which is a modem academic center. The researchers can be divided into two generations through quantitative analysis.The first generation, born between the year1890 andl904, consists of both returnees and natives.Familiarity with the traditional culture and a good understanding of the modem western academic research enables the first generation to become the pioneers of the new academic research. Born between 1905 and1925, the second generation who were selected mainly from domestic universities become inheritors of the new academic research. Combination of the two generations, the optimization of the team constitution and the formation of lasting combat effectiveness of academic studies interprets the reason for the Institute of History and Philology being a model for 20th-century Chinese new academic research and the equal rights of Chinese scholars on academic exchange with the western counterparts.
