摘要 减少维修保障费用是实行PHM(Prognostic and Health Management)的重要目标之一,如何采用有效的模型对不同的PHM系统的效果进行评估是人们讨论的重点。实行PHM会导致相应的费用和取得一定的效益。产生的费用是多方面的,如PHM系统运行和维护的费用、系统升级的费用等;实行PHM是为了得到效益,产生的效益包括两部分:经济上的和非经济上的,另外,效益应该用同一种尺度来量化。从减少维修保障费用的角度提出了基于收益的评价思想,分析了影响故障诊断系统实施效用的主要因素,设计了基于收益的费效模型。通过此模型,对PHM所导致的费用和产生的收益进行综合计算,根据不同的应用需求选择合适的算法,达到减少维修费用的目的。 One goal of implementing PHM(Prognostic and Health Management) is to lower the cost of maintainability,and it is highly recommended to implement the model that is adequate for providing the right tools for evaluating PHM system.The implementing PHM will lead some cost and achieve some benefit.There are many types of costs,such as PHM implementation cost,the cost of buying or developing,integrating,and sustaining a PHM technology.The benefit can be quantified in both economic and in non-economic terms.In addition,benefits should be evaluated from a total enterprise viewpoint.This paper presents a methodology to perform cost-benefit analysis from the view of lower costs,analysis the main factors of implementing PHM and designs the Cost-Benefit Model.Using this model,we calculate costs and benefits from PHM together in integrating way according to the different scenarios and choose the right method to get the goal of lowering costs.
