催化动力学光度法测定啤酒中的乙醇

DETERMINATION OF ALCOHOL IN BEER BY ANTI-CATALYTIC KINETIC SPECTROPHOTOMETRY

基于乙醇对过硫酸钾与亮绿间的氧化褪色反应的负催化作用 ,建立了一种定量乙醇的新方法 .该法的线性范围为 4.0× 10 -5～ 2 .0× 10 -3 mol/L ;检出限为 7.6× 10 -6mol/L .用于实际啤酒样品中乙醇含量的测定 。

According to the discolouring between potassium persulfate and light green SF with the anti-catalytic effect of alcohol, a new catalytic spectrophotometry method for the determination of alcohol had been established.The concentration range is 4.0×10 -5 ～2.0×10 -3 mol/L;the detection limit of the method is 7.6×10 -6 mol/L .This method was used for determination of alcohol in beers, the results are satisfactory.
