我国低碳交通的现状和对策分析

The Research on Low-carbon Transport Situation and Countermeasure in China

过去的三十年中,随着我国城市机动化的快速发展,交通运输业排放量持续增加,已成为城市环境污染和温室气体排放的主要来源。加快建设以低碳排放为特征的交通运输体系,减少交通运输业的能源消耗,成为城市建设的必然选择。本文从结构性因素,技术性因素,管理性因素和消费性因素等四个方面分析了我国低碳交通的主要影响,并从政策、规划、技术和制度四个层面分析了我国低碳交通的相应对策。

In the past three decades, the carbon emission in transportation keeps increasing as the devel- opment of urban motorization, and it becomes the main source of environmental pollution and greenhouse gases. In order to reduce the energy consumption and carbon emission in transportation, the development of low - carbon transport becomes the inevitable choice of the various cities. The influencing factors of low carbon transportation have been analyzed from several aspects, including structure, technology, man- agement and consumption. Finally, it puts forward with some countermeasures in policy, planning, tech- nology and system for the developing of low carbon transport.
