摘要
原油脱水是油田生产中的重要环节,脱水参数的确定需要通过沉降试验确定。目前,沉降试验的数据繁杂,而且只是从中获得不同时间的含水量信息,不便于分析和参数的优化。本文提出了采用三维图形描述沉降试验数据的方法,以温度、加药量和沉降时间为坐标轴的沉降脱水等含水量面可以将繁杂、枯燥的数据变成形象直观的图形,系统全面地反映原油脱水特性。
The dewatering of oil is the important work in the oilfield. Usually, the parameter of thermal chemistry precipitation dewatering is optimized by experiment. The data of thermal chemistry precipitation dewatering experiment are complicated. The unique we can obtain is the information of water - cut at dif- ferent time, which is inconvenient to the analysis and parameter optimization. This paper puts forward the three dimensional graphics representation method to describe the data of thermal chemistry precipitation dewatering experiment. The image of the temperature, the dosage and the time represents the effect of the dewatering experiment all round and iconically.
