局部增氧助燃技术用于窑炉节能新进展

摘要 局部增氧助燃技术在窑炉中的应用越来越广泛,笔者目前在国内外已成功实施了30种窑炉,累计给用户节省了数亿元人民币。本文主要介绍了该技术在浮法窑、燃气锅炉、2种燃煤锅炉和2种加热炉中的应用,不仅明显节能,而且延长炉龄和明显减少烟尘的排放,指出局部增氧助燃技术在窑炉的节能减排和节约资源等方面将有广阔的前景。 Application of technology of local oxygen - increasing for combustion - supporting is very wide- spread in furnaces, It has been used successfully in 30 kinds of furnace & kiln home and abroad, and al- ready accumulated to save several hundred million yuan RMB for users. This paper mainly introduces its current applications in floating glass furnace, fired - gas boiler, 2 kinds of fired - coal boiler and heating furnace, which can be not only saved dramatically fuel, but also prolonged furnace life and reduced flue dust emission. It concludes that technology of local oxygen - increasing for combustion - supporting would play a positive role in promoting energy saving and emission reduction, saving resources and so on in fur- naces.
