抗日根据地的法制教育目的是团结一切可以团结的力量进行抗战,由此决定了法制教育的受教育者——大众包括工人、农民、小资产阶级,以及支持抗日的地主、资本家等;法制教育的内容主要是宪政民主、人权,减租减息,男女平等、婚姻自由等法律价值观;综合运用了各种载体和广泛的表达形式。具有以解决时代的历史性问题为目的、教育内容的针对性、开发"新媒体"等特点,对当代有启示意义。

The goal of the legal education in the anti-Japanese bases is to unite all possible forces to fight Japanese invaders.Therefore,the educated include workers,farmers,petty bourgeoisies,landlords and capitalists from all walks of life.The education covers constitutional democracy,human right,reduction of land rent and interests,equality and marriage freedom.All the existing media are used.
