基于层次分析法的城市化水平综合测度与评价研究——以吉林省四平市为例

Comprehensive Measurement and Evaluation of the Urbanization Level Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process ——A case study of Siping city in Jilin province

以吉林省四平市为例,选取社会、经济、人口、土地等多个城市化发展相关指标,采用层次分析法构建城市化综合水平测定模型,分析比较四平市城市化综合水平与经济发展水平及吉林省平均综合城市化水平.结果表明:与钱纳里标准型式比较,四平市城市化综合水平滞后于经济发展水平,从而制约了经济持续快速增长;作为省域边缘城市,在区域合作背景下,其城市化综合水平逐渐落后于吉林省平均城市化综合水平,而城市化发展水平的滞后会进一步削弱城市在区域合作发展中的选择权和话语权.

Taking the Siping city as a case,choosing the indexes of society,economy,population and land use which are related to the urbanization,a comprehensive measurement model of urbanization was constructed based on analytic hierarchy proces.The comprehensive level of urbanization with economic development level of Siping city and the comprehensive level of urbanization between Siping city and the average level of Jilin province were compared.The results show that： The comprehensive level of urbanization in Siping falled behind the economic development level according to the standard model of Chenery,it has restricted the economic sustained growth of Siping city;As an edge city,the comprehensive development level of urbanization in Siping lagged behind the average comprehensive development level of Jilin province in the background of regional cooperation,and it will weaken the city＇s rights of choice and discourse power.
