摘要
采用水溶液聚合法,以L9(34)的正交试验方案,研究单体质量、引发剂用量、反应温度和反应时间对合成低分子量丙烯酸聚合物的影响,用端基滴定法计算出样品分子相对质量.结果表明,在单体质量分数为30%、引发剂与单体质量比为5%、反应温度为80℃、反应时间为4.5 h时,可合成分子相对质量为1 020.41的丙烯酸聚合物.用该样品配制出的缓蚀剂在50 g/L NaCl溶液中对A3碳钢有一定的缓蚀效果.
The acrylic polymer with low molecular weight was synthesized by means of water solution polymerization.Parameters affecting polymerization reaction,such as the monomer concentration,the initiator concentration,the reaction temperature and reaction time have been investigated by the orthogonal test scheme L9(34).The molecular weight of the obtained sample was determined by end-group titration method.The results showed that the acrylic polymer with 1 020.41 molecular weight can be synthesized using the following optimized experimental conditions: the 30% monomer concentration,5%(wt)initiator concentration,the reaction temperature 80 ℃ and the reaction time 4.5 h.The corrosion inhibitor obtained displayed good inhibitive effect on A3 steel in 50 g/L NaCl solution.
