槲皮素锡的合成及其生物活性研究 被引量:1

摘要 槲皮素在碱性甲醇溶液中与三氯化锡反应生成槲皮素锡金属配合物.用紫外光谱、红外光谱、差热分析对该配合物进行了表征,用二苯基苦基肼(DPPH)法测定了槲皮素锡清除自由基的活性.结果表明,在60℃和pH 8~9合成条件下,槲皮素锡最高收率达63%;槲皮素锡清除自由基的活性较槲皮素有所降低. A metal complex quercetin-tin was synthesized from the raw material quercetin and trichloride tin in alkaline methanol solution.The synthesized compound was characterized by UV spectroscopy,infrared spectroscopy and differential thermal analysis.The free radical scavenging activity of the complex was evaluated by 1,1-diphenyl-2-pierylhydrazine(DPPH) method.The results showed that the free radical scavenging activity of quercetin-tin was lower than that of quercetin.The yield of quercetin-tin can reach 63% under the conditions of temperature 60 ℃and pH 8~9.
