摘要
通过某工业厂房大跨混凝土构件的荷载试验,说明了试验方案和数据采集系统的重要性.在试验荷载作用下,该混凝土构件原有裂缝长度没有明显增加,但裂缝宽度稍有所增长,未发现新的裂缝出现,实测挠度值满足规范规定.试验结果表明,该混凝土构件的安全性能满足设计要求.该试验方法为分析类似缺陷构件的安全性提供了科学的参考.
The importance of test program and data acquisition system were illustrated by the load test of long-span concrete component of an industrial plant.The original crack length of concrete member had no obvious increment and no new cracks were found during the load test,whereas the crack width increased slightly,the measured deflection can meet the specification requirements.The load test results shows that the safety performance of the concrete member can meet the design requirements.This load test can provide a scientific reference to study the security of the similar defects member.
