马生长激素基因多态性与体尺指标之间的关联性分析 被引量:4

Association of Polymorphisms of Growth Hormone Gene with Body Sizes Indexes in Horses

摘要 为研究广西德保矮马、百色马和新疆伊犁马的生长激素(GH)基因多态性与体尺指标之间的相关性,本实验利用PCR-SSCP技术分析3个品种277匹马GH基因5′侧翼区、第3外显子、第4外显子、第5外显子的遗传多态性。结果表明:只有GH基因第5外显子出现多态性,表现为AA、BB和AB 3种基因型,其他片段未发现多态性。群体遗传学分析表明,等位基因A和B的基因频率相等;Hardy-Weinberg平衡检验显示,3个品种马均处于非平衡状态;它们的多态信息含量均为中度多态。统计分析表明,GH基因第5外显子的基因型与3个品种马体尺指标之间无显著相关性。 The genetic polymorphisms of 5'-flanking region, 3^rd exon, 4^th exon and 5^th exon of GH gene in 277 horses from three breeds including Debao pony, Baise horse and Yili horse were investigated using PCR-SSCP method, to analyze the association of the polymorphism of GH gene with body size indexes in these horses. The results showed that only the 5^th exon has polyrnorphism which generated three genotypes: AA, BB and AB; the rest fragments' polyrnor- phisms are undetectable. Analysis of population genetics indicated that the gene frequency of allele A and B are equal among the studied breeds. Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium testing showed that 3 breeds did not reach the equilibrium. These breeds had intermediate polymorphism information content. The statistical analysis indicated the genotypes of the 5^th exon of GH gene were no significant relation with the body size indexes among 3 breeds.
