猪精液冷冻过程中的脂质过氧化损伤 被引量:7

摘要 实验采集长白猪精液,分析猪精液中抗氧化酶活性及冷冻-解冻过程中精子抗氧化酶活性、精子质量与丙二醛(MDA)含量变化的相关性分析,研究猪精液冷冻过程中的脂质过氧化损伤。结果表明:新鲜猪精子和精浆中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性较高、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPX)、谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)活性较低,没有检测到过氧化氢酶(CAT);解冻后精子中SOD、GPX活性降低,SOD活性与鲜精相比差异极显著(P<0.01),精子中MDA含量极显著高于鲜精和平衡后精子(P<0.01)。精子中MDA含量与SOD、GPX活性、质膜完整率和顶体完整率呈负相关,但差异不显著(P>0.05),与活力和活率呈极显著负相关(P<0.01)。结果表明,在猪精液冷冻过程中SOD、GPX活性变化从一定程度上影响了猪精子脂质过氧化损伤,又引起精子活力和活率发生变化,继而影响精子的质膜和顶体完整性。
