B-TiO_2/MWCNTs光催化剂的制备及性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 以四氯化钛和碳纳米管为原料,通过溶胶凝胶法、超临界干燥技术合成了硼掺杂的B-TiO2/MWCNTs催化剂,并采用X射线衍射、透射电镜、扫描电镜和紫外-可见吸收光谱手段对其进行了结构、形貌、组成和催化活性的表征。结果表明,催化剂中TiO2为锐钛矿型,尺寸均一,平均粒径约为13nm,B-TiO2/MWCNTs光谱吸收向可见光移动。以甲基橙和亚甲基蓝为目标物,评价了B-TiO2/MWCNTs的光催化性能。3小时后对甲基橙和亚甲基蓝降解率分别达到98.8%和99%,TOC去除率分别为74%和86%。 B-TiO2/MWCNTs nanocomposite photocatalysts are composed with TiCI+ and MWCNTs as precursor by the preparation method of sol-gel and Super Critical Fluid Drying method. The structure, morphology, elemental composition and catalytic activity of the composite were characterized by XRD,TEM,SEM and UV-vis. The results show that anatase type TiO2 were formed with uniform size,the average grain diameter were 13nm. The photon excited wavelength of B-TiO2/MWCNTs films moved to the visible light. The photocatalytic activity were evaluated by photocatalytic degradation of the concentration loss of MO and MB. The photocat- alyst degradation rate of MO and MB were 98. 8%and 99% ,The degradation rate of TOC were 74% and 86%.
