摘要
医疗卫生事业单位的人力资源管理必须突破传统的计划型管理思想,借鉴现代人力资源管理理论,通过计划、执行与评价等管理职能,发挥卫生专业技术人员的积累竞争优势。该文从深圳特区基层管理者的角度,在评价标准、流动机制、人才培养、管理队伍4个方面分析了医疗卫生事业单位人力资源管理的现状,并提出了有针对性的人力资源管理对策。
Human resource management of Chinese medical health institutions must break through the traditional planful administrative model. Take example by modern human resource management theory, give play to accumulation competitive advantage of health professional staffs through planning, execution and evaluation functions. This paper analyzes the status quo of human resource management of Chinese medical health institutions four sides as evaluation criterion, talent flow, personnel training and management team. It puts forward pertinence human resource management countermeasures.
