摘要
2-氨基-1,4-萘醌具有广泛的生物活性,萘醌与胺的加成-氧化反应通常需要在反应体系中使用过量的醌或添加合适的氧化剂.碘存在下,萘醌与N-烷基氨基酸酯通过氧化加成反应得到相应的2-氨基-1,4-萘醌的产物,并对反应溶剂、碘用量及反应物配比等条件进行了优化,以二氯甲烷为溶剂,n(萘醌)∶n(氨基酸酯盐酸盐)∶n(I2)∶n(碳酸氢钠)=1∶3∶1∶3时,常温下反应具有最高收率.笔者开发了一条简便高效的合成2-氨基-1,4-萘醌的方法,反应产物结构是通过核磁、质谱等鉴定.
