This paper introduced a double language teaching method based on multimedia by digital circuit techniques. By presenting in Chinese and English at the same time, the softwares may make the readers improving their abilities in reading English and listening comprehension when they study the specialited courses. In addition, it maybe run on the network, and makes the people know Chinese able to study digital circuit.
