摘要
分析了离心压缩机在低浓度煤层气深冷液化工业化工艺中的重要性,并针对离心压缩机的工作特点,利用采集其工作过程中的振动信号实现对离心压缩机的故障诊断,在此基础上,在Labview8.5软件开发环境下,对低浓度煤层气深冷液化工艺中的原料气压缩机以及混合冷剂压缩机进行了网络化在线故障诊断系统的设计与开发。
In this paper, study was made on the importance of the centrifugal compressor in low-concentration coal-bed methane deep-cooling liquefaction, the vibration signal aequisitioned in the operation process of the centrifugal compressor was applied to realize its failure diagnosis according to its working characteristics, on this basis, the on-line failure diagnosis system for the gas compressor and the cryogen compressor used in coal-bed methane deep-cooling liquefaction was designed and developed based on Labview 8.5 software.
