改善BJ492Q汽油机燃烧性能的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用先进的测试手段对BJ492Q汽油机的燃烧过程进行了测试与问题分析.从该类机型在标准工况下的示功图曲线分析出发,在CF-750D燃烧分析器上进行数据处理与分析,制取38种工况下的示功图,同时列表分析该机在外特性和负荷特性下示功图主要燃烧参数的变化从试验和分析中得到指示压力值偏低。缸内最大压力对应角过大,最大压力变化信率低,最大压力升高率的出现角变动范围大且滞后;点火提前用和最大燃烧压力角的过大使火焰传播速率低,循环变动率过大说明稳定性不好.在文中对不足之处进行了探讨与分析,其结论对BJ492Q汽油机燃烧性能的改进具有重要意义. According to the analyzing on the curve of indicator diagram of BJ492Q gasoline engine underStandard working conditions, the combustion process of the gasoline engine was tested and analyzed by means of anadvanced measure. Thirty-eight indicator djagrams were pbtained after data processing and analyzing on a CF-750Dcombustion analyzer The change of major combustion aparameters of indicator digram under load performance andspeed performance was analyzed by means of table listing. Comparing to common data, the results obtained in theexperiment are of the following characteristics. The pressure is lower the angle corresponding to the maximumpressure is much bigger the change ratio of maximum pressure is lower the starting angle of maximum pressureincreasing ratio is slight later and its range is wider The bigger edvanced angle of lighting and the maximumpressure angle make the rate of flame propagation slower And the bigger power of cycle alternation indicates thatthe stability is bad The condusions obtained from the discussing and analyzing on these deficiencies is of importantsignificance in the improvement on the combustibility of BJ492Q gasoline engine.
