摘要
合金白口铸铁在以热轧辊为代表的热疲劳磨损条件下应用已20年,但只发挥了其优良的耐磨性.对其主要失效形式和热疲劳行为了解甚少,本文对常用合金白口铸铁的热疲劳抗力和在热循环作用下的机械性能进行了反复试验和研究,证实了材料的热疲劳寿命主要取决于断裂的扩展速度.
The alloying white cast-iron represented by rollers has been using under wear condition foralmost 2o years. Its good Property of wear resistance was performed. However its main failure form, thermalfatigue behaviors, is little known. In this paper the resistance to thermal fatigue and mechanical properties undereffect of thermal circulation of several common alloying white Cast-iron were tested and investigated reptitively Itproves that materials' thermal fatigue serve life mainly determined by the extending speed of the fracture
