摘要
在文[1]中提出的无设计误差的渐开线型螺旋插齿刀设计模型的基础上，提出用指形砂轮磨制相应插齿刀的制造模型，结合具体算例验证了模型的可靠性．
On the base of the design model of involute-type spiral pinion shaped cutter given in paper [1],a manufcture model of this cutter grinded with cone-type grinding wheel is established in this paper The stabilityof its CAD/CAM geometry model was verified with practical calculation.
