通过驾驶员坐姿分析,得到座垫舒适性的解决方案。研究表明:坐骨结节是坐姿状态下身体的主要支撑点;座垫支撑、大腿角、座面造型及座垫硬度是影响座椅舒适性的4大因素。S形弹簧加强结构是坐盆支撑方式的优选;对于H30为300mm左右的座椅,大腿角在(10±2)°为宜;座垫平坦区域尺寸(310±5)mm较为舒适;座垫的臀部硬度65N、前部硬度37N适于长途及短途。
By analyzing the sitting position of driver to find the optimal solution for seat comfort. Research shows that the tuber ischiadicum is the main supporting point for body at sitting position. Cushion support, thigh angle, surface styling and cushion stiffness are considered to be the four main influential factors for determining the seat comfort. Sinuous spring S with reinforced structure is preferred method of supporting; the H30 cushion pad size is 300 mm, thigh angle at 10 degree with tolerance 2 degree is preferred: the cushion surface with (310±5) mm is considered to be comparably comfortable; the cushion with 65 N stiffness at sitting point and 37 N at front supporting point is suitable for long and short distance driving.
