摘要
汽车轻量化的要求日益紧迫,对车身板料的连接技术和工艺的要求也越来越高,托克斯(TOX)板件冲压连接技术逐渐应用于车身生产中。文章介绍了TOX板件冲压连接技术与传统板料连接方法的优缺点对比及其在汽车制造业中的应用和质量控制方法。TOX板件冲压连接改进了传统的加工工艺流程,减少了加工工序和物料转移,大大降低了生产成本。TOX板件冲压连接技术的出现为设计人员提供了新思路,为板件类工业产品技术水平的提高做出了贡献。
Automobile lightweight is increasingly urgent and body panel connection technology and processing requirements are also getting higher and higher. The TOX has been gradually applied to car body production. The paper introduces the advantages and disadvantages of the TOX body panel connection technology and the traditional connection method as well as the application and quality control method in automobile industry. The TOX body panel connection technology has improved the traditional processing technique, decreased manufacturing procedure and material transferring so that it greatly cuts production cost. The TOX panel stamping connection technology has provided new trait of thought for engineers and made great contribution to enhancing the technology of panel products.
