摘要
泄露检测技术广泛应用于汽车制造业,对监控密封性发挥很大作用。文章分析了环境对工件泄漏检测结果的影响,并指出为消除这种情况而采取相应措施的必要性。在阐述了基于温度补偿原理的修正方法在泄漏检测中的应用及客观局限性之后,文章重点对主流汽车发动机厂所接受的对经高温清洗后的工件,如何通过自然或强制冷却的方式以降低温度变化对泄漏检测影响作了介绍。指出制定有效合理的方案及相关设备的配合,可降低环境因素对泄露检测的影响,提高密封性监控的可靠性。
Leakage test technology has been widely applied in automobile industry and it plays an important role in monitoring sealing performance. The paper analyzes environment influence on testing results and points out the necessity to clear up such problems and to take responding countermeasures. After explain the modification method based on temperature compensation principles and the limitation in the application of practical leakage test, the paper puts emphasis on how to reduce the influence of temperature change by using the natural methods of constrained cooling-off for high temperature washing parts produced by those mainstream engine factories. At last, the paper points out that environmental influence on leakage testing can be reduced by laying down effective and reasonable plans as well as relative equipment coordination so as to improve the reliability of sealing monitoring.
