摘要
利用模糊矩阵设计一种教学质量自动评估系统，介绍了系统的设计思想，操作方法，给出了程序的框图．
A system for evaluating teaching quality automatically is designed by means of fuzzy matrix.The designing idea and usage of the system are introduced. The programming fiow-chart is given out as well.
