摘要
目的:观察肝龙胶囊对豚鼠离体回肠收缩活动和对小鼠小肠推进运动的影响。方法:BL-420E+生物机能系统记录肝龙胶囊对豚鼠离体回肠收缩活动的影响;碳末推进法观察肝龙胶囊对小鼠小肠推进运动的影响。结果:肝龙胶囊能明显促进豚鼠离体肠肌和小鼠在体肠肌收缩运动,与N.S组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:肝龙胶囊体内外均能促进肠肌收缩,可能与其激动了H1受体、M胆碱受体和促进Ca+通道开放有关。
Objective: To observe the influence of Ganlong Capsules on the contractile activity in the isolated ileum of guinea pigs and the propulsive motion in small intestine of mice.Method: BL-420E+biological function system was used to record the influence of Ganlong Capsules on the contractile activity in the isolated ileum of the guinea pigs and a carbon propelling method was used to observe the influence of Ganlong Capsules on the propulsive motion in the small intestine of the mice.Results: Ganlong Capsules could significantly promote the contraction movement of the isolated intestinal muscle of the guinea pigs and the mice in vivo intestinal muscle.Compared with N·S group,there was a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: Ganlong Capsules can promote the intestinal muscle contraction in vivo and in vitro,which may relate to the excitement of H1 receptor,M cholinergic receptors,and Ca + channel opening.
