摘要
目前,中国家电连锁零售企业的物流配送模式主要有四种,分别是自营配送模式、供应商配送模式、共同化配送模式和第三方物流配送模式,其中自营配送模式和供应商配送模式是中国家电连锁零售企业物流配送的两种主要模式。文中通过论述我国家电行业连锁零售企业经营产生的背景和大型家电连锁零售企业物流配送模式的特点,阐述了中国家电连锁零售企业物流配送模式及其未来发展方向。
At present, China＇s home appliance retail chain enterprises logistics distribution mode basically has four kinds, respectively is the proprietary distribution model ,the supplier delivery mode ,joint distribution pattern and the third party logistics and distribution patterns,including self - employed distribution mode and supplier delivery mode of China＇s home appliance retail chain enterprises logistics distribution of the two main modes. This paper discusses industry of our country home appliance retail chain business background and large home appliance retail chain enterprises logistics distribution mode, elaborated our country home appliance retail chain enterprises logistics distribution model and its development direction in the future.
