高职课程模块化是高职教育改革的发展方向。文中介绍了模块化教学的内涵及模块化教学的特点,着重分析了模块化课程的实施步骤。改革传统的教学模式,建立以就业为导向的模块化课程教学模式是提高高职学生的职业能力,提升学生就业竞争力的必由之路。

Higher vocational courses modularity is the direction of the development of higher vocational education reform. This article describes the connotation of modular teaching and the characteristics of modular teaching, and analyzes the implementation steps of the modular course.
