摘要
本文通过作者近19年来从事仪器设备计量、维修、科研试验技术安全监督检查工作中对仪器设备静电防护工作的开展,根据静电产生原因和对仪器设备的危害现象,提出仪器设备广义静电防护,即设备在设计阶段、科研试验使用阶段、维修阶段全生命过程都应采取相应的静电防护措施,特别提出仪器设备全生命过程中防护静电的一种简单有效的防护方式——蜡烛绝缘隔离防静电。对仪器设备设计人员、使用人员和维修人员开展可维修性、可测试性、安全可靠性研究具有借鉴意义。
In this paper, based on the electrostatic protection work of equipment during the equipment measurement, maintenance, quality security supervision and inspection work in scientifically testing made by the author in the last 19 years, the cause of static electric and its harm to the equipment, the author puts up with that equipment electrostatic protection in a board sense, namely, the corresponding electrostatic protection measures should be taken in the whole process of equipment designing, scientifically testing in use and maintenance, especially that a kind of simple but effective protection method should be done in the whole life span of the equipment to do electrostatic protectioninsulation from anti-static with candle. And it has significance for the equipment designers, users and maintenance stuff to study the maintainability, testability and safe reliability of the equipment.
