口服药“服药指导”基本知识的收集、整理及应用

Collection,Collation and Application of Basic Knowledge of Medication Guidance in Oral Drugs

目的掌握"服药指导"相关知识,指导患者合理用药。方法收集、整理医院门诊西药房口服药物说明书、瓶签,并查阅相关资料,按"服药指导"进行归纳并分类列表。结果饭前服用的药物占常用口服药的19.69%,饭后服用药物占20.73%,饭前、饭后均可或未标明者占59.59%。应整片吞服药物占13.47%,嚼碎服用药物占2.59%,与抗酸剂应分开服用的占7.51%,儿童限制使用占23.58%。结论"服药指导"对提高药物疗效,减少某些不良反应有重要作用。

Objective To master the relative knowledge of the Medication Guidance and to guide the patients to use drugs rationally. Methods The instructions for use and bottle labels of oral drugs in the outpatient pharmacy of our hospital were collected and collat- ed, the relative data were consulted, and performed the summary and classification list according to the need of the Medication Guid- ance. Results Drugs taking before meals accounted for 19.69% of commonly used oral drugs. Drugs taking after meals accounted for 20. 73%o. Drugs taking both before and after meals or unlabeled drugs accounted for 59.59%. Among them, wholly swallowed tablets accounted for 13.47% ,chewed drugs accounted for 2.59% ,which needing to be taken separately with antacids accounted for 7.51%, and which limiting children use accounted for 23.58%. Conclusion The Medication Guidance plays an important role for improving the drug efficacy and reducing some adverse reactions.
