Literature Analysis on Adverse Reactions of Water-Soluble Vitamin for Injection

目的探讨注射用水溶性维生素不良反应发生的一般规律及特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法登录中国知网(CNKI)检索、搜集注射用水溶性维生素不良反应个案报道,并进行统计、分析。结果注射用水溶性维生素所致不良反应主要为过敏反应,并可致休克。结论临床使用时应高度重视其不良反应。

Objective To investigate the general rules and characteristics of the adverse reactions of water- soluble vitamin for Injection and to provide a reference for the clinical use of this drug. Methods The case reports of the adverse reactions of water- soluble vitamin for Injection were retrieved and collected by the database of CNKI for conducting the statistical analysis. Results The major adverse reactions caused by water- soluble vitamin for Injection were allergic reactions and shock could be caused. Conclusion Special attention should be paid to the adverse reactions induced by the clinical use of water- soluble vitamin for Injection.
