功能失调性子宫出血患者子宫内膜组织中胰岛素样生长因子-1及其受体的表达变化与意义 被引量：3

摘要 无排卵型功血是神经内分泌机制异常使子宫内膜在激素作用失常的影响下局部微环境中多种分子发生改变的结果。胰岛素样生长因子（IGF-．1是非常重要的影响子宫内膜生长的因子。参与内膜生长、分化、并可能参与凋亡和血管发生。子宫存在完整的胰岛素样生长因子系统（IGFs），IGFs系统通过内分泌和旁分泌机制介导和调节类固醇激素对靶组织的作用．
