左西孟旦与多巴酚丁胺治疗急性失代偿心力衰竭患者的疗效比较 被引量：19

摘要 急性失代偿性心力衰竭是心血管内科常见疾病。治疗的基本原则是减轻钠水潴留、减轻心脏前后负荷、增强心肌收缩力以缓解临床症状，提高生活质量。改善患者预后。临床上应用的传统的正性肌力药物（如地高辛、多巴酚丁胺、氨立农、米力农等）缺乏长期治疗降低病死率的证据，有些药物长期应用甚至增加病死率，
