摘要
采用固相法制备MgxZn1-xFe2O4(x=0、0.3、0.5和0.7)铁氧体。借助X线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和网络分析仪对试样的物相组成、微观形貌和电磁特性进行表征。结果表明:在1 150℃下煅烧并保温2h可以制备出纯相的Mg-Zn铁氧体。随着Mg含量的增加,颗粒粒径由800 nm减小到150 nm左右。Mg含量的增加对MgxZn1-xFe2O4电损耗性能改变不大,但是磁损耗特性却得到显著改善。
MgxZn1-xFe2O4(x =0, 0.3, 0.5, 0.7) ferrites were prepared by the solid state reaction. The phase composition, morphology and electromagnetic properties of the prepared samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and network analyzer. The results showed that the pure Mg-Zn ferrites were synthesized after calcined at 1 150℃ for 2 h. The particles size reduced with increase of the Mg2+ substitution content. The increase of Mg2+ no effect on the dielectric-loss properties. Thus, the magnetic-loss properties substitution content had almost were improved
