细胞凋亡 (Apoptosis)是机体的一种正常生理机制 ,但在异常情况下又与多种疾病的发生有关 .Apoptosis受许多基因调控 ,这些基因包括bcl- 2基因家族、ced基因家族、ice基因家族和P5 3 基因 .

Apoptosis is a normal physiological mechanism of organism,however,it is relate to many diseases abnormally. Apoptosis is regulated by many genes,such as bcl gene cluster,ced gene cluster,ice gene cluster and P 53 gene.Recent advances in apoptosis and coherent regulator gene is summarized in the paper.
