摘要
由于天然气处理站低压气来气量与5台原料气压缩机组运行存在不匹配问题,造成了原料气压缩机因低负荷运行而带来的电能浪费问题,为了节能降耗,提高效益,天然气处理站应用了气体喷射器装置。装置充分利用港沧线增压机30×104m3/d回流高压天然气的有利条件,将港沧线增压机回流的4.0 MPa高压天然气作为工作流体,每天引射0.07 MPa低压天然气1.2×104m3,喷射器出口混合气进入到0.85 MPa的外输管网外输。该装置可在低压气来气量满足一定的条件下代替低压气压缩机运行,同时也减少了压缩机运行带来的维护保养费用,节能效果较佳。
The low pressure gas from natural gas processing station can not match with the operation of 5 raw compressors, which leads to the waste of electricity and the raw gas compressor operating with a low load. In order to save energy and improve efficiency, the gas ejector apparatus has been used in natural gas processing station. It takes the advantage of the 30×104m3/d backflow high pressure natural gas of Dagang-Cangzhou pipeline gas compressor. The backflow high pressure natural gas of 4.0 MPa has been used as the working fluid, and the low pressure natural gas of 0.07 MPa 1.2× 104m3 has been used per day. The mixed gas from the ejector enters the external pipeline with 0.85 MPa pressure. The device can replace low pressure air compressor under a certain condition. The electricity cost of 15 000 Yuan can be saved a day and the expense for the compressor maintenance can be reduced.
