摘要
冰箱压缩机电机设计的第一步,一般都是电机冲片设计。在实际设计时,任何一款压缩机电机,都会因为成本控制的要求,不允许电机设计人员无限制的加大电机定子冲片的体积和槽面积,且冲片的设计必须满足一定的通用性,并且通常不允许设计人员调整修改已有的电机冲片。本文从理论和实践出发,就电机冲片定型以后电机性能设计阶段,分析绕组设计及电容选型与冰箱压缩机安全之间的关系,并就相应的安全隐患,提出了解决方法。在电机绕组及电容的稳定运行方面,提高冰箱压缩机整体安全性能。
The first step of motor design, it's lamination design in usual. In fact, when we design compressor motor, we usually can't alter the lamination design. Because we should control cost and keep the lamination more common using. How to design refrigerator compressor motor when lamination has no choice or couldn't alter the design. Base on theory and practice, this paper analyses that how winding design and capacitance choice react on refrigerator compressor safe, and put forward ways to remove safety hazards. According reasonable design to make winding and capacitance safer running, it can improve in refrigerator compressor safe.
