摘要
经济合理的选择多士炉电磁铁线圈匝数,能有效的降低产品成本,节约资源。在安规测试中线圈超温,提高漆包线的绝缘等级比提高线圈匝数成本要低的多。
This paper proposes an economical and reasonable approach of selecting the number of turns for the electromagnet coil to effectively reduce product cost.The safety test conducted on the toaster shows that our approach can reduce the cost for protecting motor winding coil against ultra warm and enhancing the insulation level of enamel wire than the traditional approaches (e.g.,an approach to enhance the number of turns for the electromagnet).
