This paper proposes an economical and reasonable approach of selecting the number of turns for the electromagnet coil to effectively reduce product cost.The safety test conducted on the toaster shows that our approach can reduce the cost for protecting motor winding coil against ultra warm and enhancing the insulation level of enamel wire than the traditional approaches （e.g.,an approach to enhance the number of turns for the electromagnet）.
