摘要
本文从微观层面站在企业的角度讨论企业激励机制的构造与运作问题 ,提出了设计或重构激励机制的目标和价值取向 ,着重说明了激励的对象 ,从奖酬激励、产权激励、机会激励和企业文化四个方面研究了激励机制的主要内容 。
This article is a discussion about the constitution and operation of the enterprises' stimulative mechanism at the microcosmic level from the view point of an enterprise .It puts forward the objective and value orientation of designing or restructuring stimulative mechanism and pointo out the stimulated objects in particular.It makes a study of the main contents of stimulative mechanism from the following four aspects :i.e. rewardfus stimulation,property rights stimulation ,opportunity stimulation and the cnterprise's culture. Finally,several suggestions are offered on the operation of stimulative mechamism.
