玉米不同生育期水分胁迫条件下脯氨酸变化与抗旱性的关系 被引量:23

摘要 通过盆栽试验发现 ,在苗期、拔节期、孕穗期和抽雄期各停水 1 0天及复水 4天的条件下 ,水分胁迫期间游离脯氨酸的累积量与水分胁迫程度和生育期有关 ,与品种的抗旱性没有一致性 ,而复水后 2天游离脯氨酸的下降比值与品种抗旱性相关 。 Test in pot cultivation finds that free Proline of leaf accumulation under water stress may be correlated with the degree of water stress and the developmental phase, and may not correspond with the drought resistance of varieties under no watering for ten days and then suppling water for four days in seedling stage、jointing stage、booting stage and heading stage. But after providing water for two days, the falling ratio of free proline correspond with the variety's drought resistance. Therefore, it can be considered as a selecting indicator of variety's drought resistance.
